So i took my old Red Gameboy DMG, I chucked the insides.
1. I took my gameboy pocket and rewired EVERYTHING to work with a dmg (the only thing I changed was the cable connector and cart slot)
2. I added a backlight to it (White)
3. I did a pro sound mod to it, super easy on a Pocket
4. I did an allmost impossible Bi-Version to it. With help from Bibin, but it took a few tries, because I couldnt follow his diagram
5. I to0k tons of hotglue an rewired it into a DMG
6. I take my rechargeable AA batteries (2900 Mah) and have two pair in parallel
(2900*2=5800 Mah) meaning I have 64 hours battery life (5800/900{Pocket AAA Mah usage}=6.4*10 (Hours from 900 Mah)=64 hours!)
This was not easy and it broke many many times, but now its all good, i've been doing this project since the summer. I really hope nothing breaks, because I cant reopen it
I would use Photobucket but whenever I have tried to login for the past few months, it wont load

I did the math a while ago. Take your going from AAA's to AA batteries, Then running 2 pairs in parallel

Wow, 64 hours, really? Either way, this is really cool! Good job.

That is EPIC!

But im confused, is the mobo a pockets mobo, or a DMGs?
MGB. Can't you tell by looking? :p

I guess thats one way to get a tetris hi-score.

Anyway, awesome. Have you tried running the batteries all the way out to get an official count?
