Computer Not Responding

Hey, I have had this proble for a while, my familys computer hasnt been working since I installed the the newest driver for my Nvidia graphics card. It will randomly not respond and run very slow. I have had this problem before with installing an older version of the driver but forgot how to fix it. I have tried tons of registry cleaners but none of them have helped. Does anyone know how I can fix it?

Right click My Computer -> Manage -> Device Manager -> Display Adapters -> Right-click video card -> Properties -> Roll Back Driver

Or download a newer or older version of the Nvidia package from their website.

Actually did that. It helped, but still seems to be a little slow.
