Hello everyone, as on the title I need a good modder for a commission

I want some gc portable like the wiiu gamepad with:
-screen around 7"
-wkf swiss autoboot
-4 player port with switch for player one
-internal battery (1h30-2h playtime)
-AV out port
-headphone jack port
-MC build in
-prefere PAL gc because I'm french
