Chrome for a Cause

Lightbulbs are awesome!

This is pretty awesome, and I thought I'd share it with those of you who use Chrome.

For every so many tabs you open, you can donate to a worthy cause, such as clean drinking water for those in need, or helping to build homeless shelters.

If you use Chrome, I urge you to sign up. It costs you nothing, and it helps those who are less fortunate than us.

I've donated flax loads of trees and water, *Can'tSayThisOnTV*ers. And 0.9 vaccinations.

I don't see how that is supposed to work. What does opening tabs have to do with donations?

I spent two hours spamming the new tab button.

3000 tabs opened.
Computer almost froze 10 times.

*Can'tSayThisOnTV*.YEA.DONATIONS.

They'll hit their 1 million dollar cap whether or not I spam the new tab button. I'll just donate whatever I'll normally get.

It's a cool thing that google's doing though.

XCVG: During this Chrome for a Cause, Google is donating to these organizations based on the tab counts. It's kind of like Relay for Life, where people pay like ten cents for every lap you walk or something. Except, Google is sponsoring you for how many tabs you open.
