Can a OMGWTF board support 4 controllers?

Greetings all,

as mentioned in the subject, I was wondering if an OMGWTF cut can still support up to 4 controllers?
I'm asking this because I plan to make a GCp that if connected to a tv, can still function as a home-console to play SSBM with 4.

Any cut mobo you do can support 4 controllers, you just have to wire them all up to the relocation points. With an OMGWTF cut, you have to relocate the transistors to the relocation points, and then wire up the corresponding wires.

Well this is my first GCp so it's going to be a "learn as I go" procces.
I have all the right tools just not all the proper knowledge . Better dig deeper in those TUTs en Stikies! Altough, could you tell me where these are located?

My main concern is Resistors, Transistors, Capacitors.
