Broken DS Phat

My DS phat (the original silver and black one) is borked the touch LCD is always really off, by like half an inch to an inch. Even when I recalibarate, it stays calibarated for a couple minutes but then goes back to broken. What could I do to fix this? New LCD?

You need a new digitizer. This is the touch sensitive layer that goes on top of the LCD itself. The LCD just makes images; the touch sensor is a separate part in most cases, such as this one.
