Best program to flas GBA cartridges?

I have a flashable GBA cartridge but the software it came with is for a chinese computer only. :wtf: (like it won't even install) So I was wondering what is the best program to flash ROM files onto the cartridge?

Well not saying chinese computer is an operating system but when I attempt to install, it comes up with an error window with a bunch of random chinese words?

The chinese programmed those things for only chinese computers for a reason, you know.

I highly doubt its not working because you don't have a "chinese computer". More than likely its giving you an error (as programs usually do) because you need to actually do/install something else for it to work. Figure it out.

Oh no, a parallel port - many modern computers don't fully implement the parallel port, only connecting a few lines needed for printers. Furthermore, needless to say, a USB to parallel adapter most likely will not work.

Interesting, though, for $12. I may purchase one and see if it works with my USB writer/dumper.

Ok, not to begin a new topic...i have a question

I have NDS&GBA flash cart with LPT cable, and i have recently recieved Flash2Advance flash cart, but without cable...is there any possibility to use cable that came with NDS&GBA with F2A? I've tried most of the software provided for both, without success. Do you have any ideas on how to make them work together?

Does your cable work with the other card (The NDS&GBA one is just a clone of the FireLinker by the way)?

A lot of modern computers' parallel ports, even when they are present, don't actually have all the data lines one should expect from one. That may be your case (and why my laptop won't work but the old desktop does)

I have the same flash cart and use this:

It works great for me. Hope that helps.

Edit: Just finished reading the thread and see now I was beaten to it. Still, let me just second Bibin's suggestion by saying the program works great. Never had any trouble with it. Mind you I have had some trouble with the serial port, but that is a different matter entirely.
