Audio amplifier being a little Sega

So I got a nice little audio amp, was working fine, and then I removed the power switch. I figured it was a basic DPDT but after wiring it that way, it's not. I can't seem to figure out what pin should connect to which. I thought one lane was GND and the other 5V, but now I'm not so sure.

5V comes out of that tiny regulator on the left.

If anyone can help me out, I will paypal you $1 right away.

Re: Audio amplifier being a little Sega

are you sure it isn't just a DPDT?
I can't see the connections on the upper pins in the picture. but the bottom seems like a DPDT switch kind of connection.
also what regulator? all i see are two relocated capacitors and a diode.
