Would this suit 12v input and charge 2 3.7v polymer cells @ 2000mah each? Ill make that if it can.. cant find charging circuits anywhere in australia

I was running out of room in my portable and wanted to switch from Li-On to Li-Po packs to save room. Figured I'd build the custom reg and run off a Turnigy 4.0 2s (4000mah) 7.4v pack. It's nice and small and has a decent life being 4000mah but I really don't want to wait a month to get a 2 pack charge board. It does have overcharge protection built in restricting charging to 4.2v per cell ...but I really don't trust that homemade charging circuit either.
Might just run it off 3 packs @ 11.1v, hopefully can cram 6 of those chunky 18650's in there. Have a heap of old laptop batteries and a few are 3 pack so I'll steal the charge circuit.
