2nd psp analog stick?

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum,
But is there anyway I can add a 2nd analog stick to my psp1000?

Yes.
It won't work, though. You'd have to program a driver for the PSP. But even then, no games would support it.

So it's not worth it, at all.

I don't think it works great, but since the psp's face buttons are actually analog it works ok

Even if they were analog, I doubt that it's used in such a way in most games so that you could wire a second analog.
