Yes that is true, but I have seen the belts used in CNCs before, it seems they run fine for light duty. Plus, I use dual belts on the X-axis. If I where to convert it into a CNC I would also probably move the Z-axis away from the build plate because it is hard to move a whole work piece rather...

I actually have considered changing this into a CNC mill, that is one of the reasons its so friggin' huge. It would be pretty cool to have a CNC/3D printer unit :awesome:

I get pretty decent quality out of it, there is slight banding in the z-direction but eventually ill swap out the z-axis lead screw with a higher quality one. I added an image of a print to the first post :wink:

7 dollars seems a bit much, someone got 20 of them off of Alibaba for 1.25$ a pop. I understand that you want to make some money off of them especially since you aren't shipping from china, but is there any way I could get a better deal if I bought more, like 10? I'm thinking like 4/ea + shipping

There is no charging jack on the PSone screen, because there are no internal batteries. It just has a jack for input power from the mains and to the PSOne. Plus, USB gives off 5V when the PSOne screen needs 7.5v.
