After much delay, I'm very happy to say that this one is finished. I'm very pleased with how it turned out, and hopefully my buyer will be too. Here's a parts list: Jb-55 case from Polycase 3.5" eBay screen Hori MiniPad controller iluv audio amp Sunon Micro fan 4 rubber tact switches Rev8 motherboard Jumper Pack
Sadly, I wasn't able to comfortably fit batteries with a significant amperage inside. With such a short battery life you'd have to carry a charger around and a power supply. It's better just to carry around the power supply, or make an external battery pack. My buyer is an experienced modder, so he can make an external battery pack whenever he needs to.
With my jabbering aside, I give you pictures!
My guide shifted when I was making the fan holes, so one of the holes is slightly off. It works great though! Also, the hori controller is slightly curved, so you can see that the left C is higher than the right C. It doesn't affect playing at all though. Sexy, sexy, side shot It's so sexy and small It works!

I tried my best to show that everything was working in the video. The only thing I didn't show was the second player port. It does work though.
Let me know what you think!

However, are the controls comfortable that close together? Do your hands get cramped or anything? Just looks a little close to me.
Well, it's the same layout as the hori' cause it is a hori, so it's pretty comfortable. It's isn't like holding a SNES controller or anything, but for what it is, it's pretty comfortable.

Great work.
But as antome said, is it comfortable? I know you said it was, but seeing the video, your thumbs appear to be in very awkward positions. Maybe its just the camera angle, but my thumb hurts just watching yours.
Still a great job though!
