While I wait for someone to give me a suggestion, I wired up a 57 block (I think) memory card to slot A, which is going to be internal. However, slot B will be on the portable, so you can transfer saves, etc. EDIT: Memory card was wired backwards.

You can use zenloc's custom regs. I would have given you a power board, btw, but I didn't have one.

Okay, so I got everything the GC needs for power, but I don't have the front of the GC with the controller ports, etc. When I go to power it on, I get a flash on the screen, but nothing comes up. What else does the GC NEED to run? EDIT: I don't have a BIOS battery wired up, could that be the problem?

So, I've been tempted to wire up an SD card slot so homebrew can run off of the GC, like SS did with his first GCp. Anyone have any diagrams on where to wire it up to? My guess would be the DD connector.

So everything is wired up and working, but I hardwired a memory card into slot A, and it's giving me the "The object in slot A cannot be used" error. Is there a way to fix this, becuase I just used the memory card before I wired it all up, and it worked.

Probably wired it backwards

Nope, and don't refer to the pictures up top, I redid it because it was backwards then.

Hmm, I got that error as well on my other board. I was never able to fix it, though. Also, have you gotten your GC to power up yet? What are you using? Zenoc's custom regs or the original board?

Original board, I've got a fan wired up also, but nothing else besides that.
