anyone have any advice on a good place to get a female plug to charge batteries? also will i need anything other than a PCB to set up a charging capability?

We need more info. What size male adapter do you have? You need to find a matching one from, like bentomo said, a broken device or likewise. You do not need anything besides the PCB to set up a charger. If you are using the smart chargers from batteryspace, you will need a size M female adapter from Radioshack.
