Those phones are the SRH240's, they sound gingivitus-inviting amazing I also have a smaller pair of phones which sound even better, despite their smaller drivers (not pictured).
The amp is just that powered sub woofer from the Logitech X-530 system, it isn't that powerful, but it does the job.

I want that steering wheel and pedals...
