Wiring question

I plan on purchasing some 3.7v Li-ons at 2150mAh. I need to get 7.4v. Is there a way to wire in series and parallel to get 7.4v and 4300mAh?

Edit: I am planning on buying 4 if necessary.

see this page
in short, wiring in parallel produces double capacitance, wiring in series produces double voltage
if you're asking to up both, im unsure

You can.

The protection circuit will have spots two add two cells.

Just wire two sets of cells in parallel, then wire them to the pcb.

Make sure to get the appropriate charger though.
