WASP Error Problem

I am having problems with my setup. Got the WASP and megadrive V5 in, light turns blue on start up, but after that, it keeps on blinking and the GC "Error has Occurred" appeared every time after 10 second or so. Even after reviewing what went wrong, still gives the error regardless of what I do.

Got the region set for my board, NTSC
PIN29 is grounded with tact switch
SD card set for FAT32

Aside from that, I don't know what I am doing wrong for the error to occur every time on start up. Not planning on cutting the board cause this is a personal project, and yes, the board is a mess with wires, but I got epoxy glue to fix that up after I figure out what is going on with WASP not starting. Is it because I don't have SWISS on SD? Heard that SWISS is already flashed on WASP but not very sure as of right now.

Check continuity from the pin 29 pad and common ground, pin 29 needs to be grounded without pressing anything.

Do you have an SD card inserted?
He does in the second picture, but it could be empty. (In my experience, WASP would boot in pass-through if the card had nothing on it.)

Checked, seems like there was none, so I re-soldered the drive and WASP seems to start up now. The problem probably caused from the solder points not going in correctly so things seems to be working now.

Card wasn't empty, had a game on it, but after running it, the game didn't show. So I did a comparison and figured that ISO files only appear apart from GMC files not showing.

But all in all, got the WASP up and running to due to the drive being properly installed now.
Thank you very much.
