Toast-R-Reflow

I got a cheap toaster oven at wally-world for about 30 Canadian pesos. Ordered a Toast-r-reflow kit on tindie. This is the outcome.

Does it make good toast? More importantly, is the heat application such that you can simultaneously make toast and reflow a board?
