Okay I had opened it to replace the fan, and knowing I couldn't resist I looked at the board seeing how it would for a portable. I put it back together a It made a horrible sound like a something beating against something. Then I realized that I had left the laser pushed up against the drive. 
I was too late now it won't even turn on. The led will flash green for a split second then turn red again. Somebody tell me how to fix this please.
BTW its a ps2 slim 70000
I'm open for suggestions. Also I have checked all of the ribbon cables.
