Screen scrolling?

I apologize for re-posting this question, but the previous posts that I've seen about this don't have an answer. This is regarding a back-up camera screen with an N64 mod.

I have it hooked up to the N64, and the video works - however, it is scrolling vertically. I have tried both a 9V and 7.4V power source and none of the buttons on the back are changing anything (it looks like they just adjust brightness and the like). Is there something that I am doing wrong, or is there another screen that I should buy?

Many cheap screens have this problem, if i'm right, it's a problem of refresh rate, I got a 7" screen that has this problem, never resolved it.

Try it with a gamecube or wii, you should not have any problem... you can try thicker ground wire, but it didn't worked for me.
