Regulator help

I wired my regs to the back of the board. I comfirmed it as working. About an hour later, I tried it again, nothing, I'm getting 0v across all voltages on the stock regulator. Does anybody know what is wrong?

You're saying it was working, then it just... wasn't? All I can tell you is to check your input voltage and check the fuse on the stock regulator.
