Powering a Screen

Quick Question..
I have a 5'' screen (Intec Game Screen for Gamecube) and runs normally at 12v with 0.65amps, the least I can get it running on is at 9.5v with 0.5amps. Is there a way that I can run the screen at exactly 7.4v? Would it be ok if I use Zenlocs Custom Regulator and hook up my screen directly to one of the power lines of the regulator? Or do I have to make another regulator?

Jeez, where do all the noobs get these screens?
Anyways, if you can't get it running on a lower voltage, and your going to use 7.4v, try using a step up regulator.

If you can get it running off of 7.4V, just take the unregulated power from the battery.
If you need more juice, grab yourself a step-up reg like Ben said.
