Plexiglass casing for a laptop

I might make a ps2 laptop, as I now haev everything I would need to make it except casing materials.

If I was to make the case for it out of 1/4" plexiglass.....

1. How ought I attach the screen housing pieces together, no space for angle iron really
2. What is a good filler for plexiglass (like bondo for other stuff, or does bondo work good as well?)

a good filler for plexiglass would be abs. I can confirm this works because I have made myself some plexicement with acetone and scrap plexiglass.

abs bonds with plexi too.


so yes, a good filler would in fact be abs.

in fact, sometimes when I have a few small scraps of plexi, I just put it in with my abs cement.
