Looking for someone to repair a SNES controller

Hey everybody! I have a USB SNES controller with a little flash drive inside so I can plug it in and play games on just about any computer. The only trouble is that the control pad is working very poorly and I'm looking for someone to take a look and repair it. When I opened it up, there was no obvious trouble, so it may been a new motherboard or something. Depending on the fix, I'm willing to pay up to $15 plus parts and shipping.

Anybody willing to take a look and help out?

I could take a look i messed with SNES controllers before. When you say i have problems what do you mean? is it hard to press the buttons and have them respond or what?

Pressing the buttons is perfectly fine, but they're not very responsive and in order to get a good signal, you have to press abnormally hard.
