I have a gamecube and two 3.7v batteries(wired together properly) the only problem is, my mobo on my game cube is the C ver so it doesnt have the power pcb part? I think thats right, I know there is no power pcb like the older ones, i tried wiring straight into the power plugin slot , but only the fan would run HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

If you wire two 3.7v batteries together, you get 7.4v. You gamecube runs on 12v. You don't have enough voltage to power the system.

To be more exact, you don't have enough voltage to power the onboard regulator. If you want to power you GC with those batteries, you're gonna have to make a custom regulator.

Do more research.
