Have i destroyed all my Player Data pins???

i have the almost WTF cut and i soldered the data in to the Vias

but my controller ports arent working. all 4 of them. i also tried the pins above the vias, also didnt work. they worked once. have i destroyed the source of the data somehow? and what is the source? are they more alternate pins where i can try to solder it to? if i destroyed it, any ways to fix it? someone had a similiar problem?

EDIT: Player 4 is working somehow, but stops working after a few seconds

It would help if you posted a picture of your board.

dont mind that hotglue its right now connected to player 4, which works (for a few secons)

I can't say what's wrong exactly but I recommend cleaning up the hotglue over the transistors and sanding the board around the transistors and see where that takes you.

Yup. Sanding the edges really well is always necessary when trimming.
