Was a total newb before I started this but I am pretty satisfied with the finished product. It could've been better though, because i was in a big rush to finish it before starting school.
Thank you very much to all the people of ModRetro and Gc-Forever, you have all been of enormous help during this project. I know I didn't post much but that's because most of my questions had already been asked before and the resources here are amazing :D .

7 inch lcd screen
Vacuum formed case
3rd party controller with full range triggers
A/V out
128 mb memory card in slot A
sd gecko in slot B
Adafruit class D audio amplifier and 2x3W speakers
Shielded cables for audio and video
Powered off the original power brick
4 external player ports
trimmed gamecube heatsink and original fan
Wasp fusion with swiss autoload/autoboot (big thanks to megalomaniac and emu_kidid)
