Flattening a battery

So i'm interrested in this li-po battery :

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/7-4v-5700mAh-20C- ... 255e5acbd6

but it is a bit thick... ANd lookind at it i realized it looked like it was composed of two cells, which makes some sense i guess (two 3.7 V)
I was wondering if i could be able to separate those batteries. And by that i don't mean deconecting anything obviously, Just putting the cells next to each others side by side instead of having them stacked up..

Doesn't look that hard to me, what do you guys think? should i go for it?

Super easily. Be careful, though, the tabs are delicate. Remember that RC batteries have no PCB integrated, so you will have to supply your own.
