Problem: Something is shorted out on the mainboard of my LCD screen. All I know is now when I power it up the component circled in black gets HOT! there is another one below it (circled in white) that seems fine.

Any way I could fix this mainboard to be usable again? I really dont want to have to wait for another 15 days before I can get another one :/
