Does anyone still make Portable PS2's?

I would like to make a portable playstation 2 though can anyone help with some technical problems? I've found several guides that help with connecting the controllers to the motherboard and the screen to the motherboard though I can't find any where about where to connect a USB port to load games off of that, or if mcboot needs to be on the USB drive or if that needs to be on internal memory?

You need the memory card with free mcboot in the ps2 then just insert your thumbdrive or usb hdd in the USB port that the ps2 has already.

Well then.... I've never really had anything to plug into those ports so over time I guess I just started believing them to be just for show...
