cartridge hacks

are we allowed to ask about or request cartridge hacks like putting hacked games or such onto cartridges for systems on here? ex: like if i wanted to request like Pokemon brown on a cartridge for example

If you mean something like a reproduction cart, then yes. Feel free to discuss that in the console's appropriate forum.

If you mean have someone make one for you, post a thread in the Junkyard and see if anyone is willing to do it for you.
