3.5 inch Ebay Screen

I was wondering, since the 3.5 inch screens run the 7.4 v to a regulator that has 5v, could I run the rumble motor off of it?

Yeah, you can use that 5v coming from the screen's regulator for lots of things as long as it's not too much power being drawn. A rumble motor would be fine. I couldn't say what the maximum power draw of the regulator on yours is because there are so many different screens out there.
