Hey, I got a 3.5 inch backup screen from ebay, and hooked it up to 12v with an AC adapter, and the screen stayed blank, with input going into it and everything. nothing I did made it work. So I figured I got a bad screen. So I ordered another screen of another model from another seller, and the same thing happened. Correct voltage, polarity, etc... It just wont display anything. Since it happened twice in a row, I figure I am missing something really obvious about these screens. Is there something else I need to know?

Maybe the wall wort can't handle the draw? Also, pictures.
Wow, so the wall wart was plenty for the draw. But for some reason, neither screen would run on 12v, but as I just discovered, they both ran on my 5v retro duo adapter, which actually is rated for lesss current than my 12v adapter. Weird. Oh well. I wanted to run it on 5v anyway.
