Just wanted to share this with all you homies. This is what I've been doing while I've been away.
My band just recently dropped our first full-length album "Liberosis". We spent about 8 or 9 months writing and practicing all these songs.

Re:
Definitely. And honestly, one of the main reasons I'm doing this is for Street Fighter 4 and BlazBlue, so scanlines aren't really a big issue for me.
Well, I think the two we are deciding between is Hyperspin and MaLa. We might also try out Maximus Arcade because I think it comes with the X-Arcade stick.
Truuuuuu
Unfortunately, no. We're just going with a flat screen to save space. If we had a bigger, more permanent house, Wed probably use...
I think we're gonna stick with the 4/8 way. Although, I'm not opposed to upgrading to something like this in the future: http://www.ultimarc.com/ultrastik_info.html
So, my friend and I are currently planning on making a Vewlix-style MAME cab.
The currently planned features are:
-PC & Xbox 360 inside the cab
-2 Player controls
-32' LCD TV
-Hyperspin Frontend
-USB ports for gamepads
-Emulators for NES, SNES, Genesis, PS1, N64, Gamecube, PS2, Dreamcast...
Has anybody seen/played this yet?
From what I've heard, it's *Can'tSayThisOnTV*ing amazing. Apparently it's super open and the player has a similar amount of freedom as in games like Ultima 7 and Morrowind.

Here's a recording we made right before our show. It's pretty much the show setlist in order.
Check it out!

Re: My band just released a demo
We're going to be playing our first show on June 13th.
It's also gonna be the first time I've ever performed for a crowd.
I'm gonna try to get someone to film it.
