    DarkWing - PIS2 portable

I'm going to act like I'm very artistically-inclined with this. I like this design particularly because there's something that makes this look sleek in a subtle sense. The uniform black-and-blue theme keeps the look clean. This look feels bolder than the previous. It also looks better, IMO...

    anyone seen this? kinda annoying!

Ugh, its just another one of those mp3 player things...I highly doubt a NOAC is even on there, probably just a few emulators packed with ROMs... :?

    Venom controller

Good things: -will most likely fix your problem Bad Things: -They're really clicky! Not a really bad problem, but it's sort of annoying and doesn't feel like the game's controls (unless you want to use rubber ones like this) -may involve "rasping" parts of the controller's PCB (this page does...

    90% finished gc

This is a pretty nice improvement from your other stuff I've seen. Do you have a worklog for this one? I want to know how the case was made, it looks amazing to me. :)

    SNES Portable

Despite breaking all that, the size and neatness was still worth it. My only disappointment is that I couldn't see the screen well in all its glory in the YouTube vid. How much did you pay for the screen, BTW? The controls seem nice, and I'm assuming they were built in.

HandyNES inspired by NES controller commission

Really? I gotta know what the first one was like! *searches for thread* Also, you can NEVER go wrong with A/V out. This is one of those features that are really needed more in portable development, IMO. Too bad I haven't made one yet... Anyways, GREAT JOB!

    TI SP

Where's the speaker located? I'm also curious about the unused buttons. Are they immobile, or can they be pressed down? Overall, it's always awesome seeing one of these, because I can imagine a person just spending hours a day in school on this.

    my portables so far

Ya know, this actually gives me hope in my own projects. Have you tried vacuum-forming? Yeah, me neither. I find it easier to just frankencase whatever I can find as a beginner. :P

    Venom controller

Are you using the standard controller contacts? If so, just try soldering a tact switch on and see if that helps at all.

Trying to add an n64 joystick to a gba...

Are you looking for just a case mod? Or are you trying to physically get the joystick's hardware in the case? If it's just a simple case mod I have a quick fix: A concept like this could be used. It's pretty much just a joystick that presses tactile switches when moved.

    Under volt on my screen

(Would this be a bump? Oh well...) If you're buying another cell to boost up to 11.1v then you will need to step down the voltage depending on what project you're using this in. May I ask what you're going to do with this screen?
