Those phones are the SRH240's, they sound *Can'tSayThisOnTV*ing amazing :D I also have a smaller pair of phones which sound even better, despite their smaller drivers (not pictured). The amp is just that powered sub woofer from the Logitech X-530 system, it isn't that powerful, but it does the job.
