Midwest Gaming Classic 2016 Hype Train Choo Choo

I talked to some people today, but I'm not entirely sure who. I'll stop in tomorrow and say hi. :)

Downing's SG-N64p Featuring The Legend of Zelda: OOT

Well, if you look at the comments for basically any post there, you have to sift through the "Not a hack" and "you spelled X and Y wrong, how do I grammar?" comments before you get to any actual discussion. And even then, half of those are people arguing about who's right. But maybe I'm just a...

Downing's SG-N64p Featuring The Legend of Zelda: OOT

Nice! I like it! :) I'm pretty sure the hackaday people watch your website now, because I've seen a few of your things on there in the past lol. Also, I think the Hackaday comments have gotten to be akin to youtube comments over the past few years....

    The Protocube V2 !

I like it! I didn't read your buildlog, is the case 3d printed? It looks good. I dunno about that D-pad, though. :) Also, 12V AC in?

    Imageshack Images

As outlined by the below thread, Imageshack has been deleting images and it's stupid, so you should probably make a backup if you don't have your pictures still. viewtopic.php?f=2&t=14552 I can tell you how to do this, assuming you have wget installed. The first thing you need is the direct...

Midwest Gaming Classic 2016 Hype Train Choo Choo

I will be there again! Unless something comes up or I die. Then I probably won't be there. Maybe this time I'll actually bring something to work on. :) Last year, I bought 5 copies of F1 race for the Gameboy. It's actually a pretty fun game with four people.

    Spiicy's first N64p

For your weird colors, I'd check to see if you bridged a pin on the video encoder chip, or just go over it with your iron to make sure all the pins are connected. It's the chip to the right of the RCP in this picture, for reference: http://i.imgur.com/epvFcsj.jpg?1

    Introductions/Meet-and-Greet

If I remember correctly, when MR first started, they sent you your password over email. Then they said we got hacked and had to change passwords and stuff. Good times. Then by the next year, BH was basically dead.

    F1 Race on the Gameboy

Haha, they're cheap! It's also cool if you can get a group of friends together where none of you have played it before. You can see who learns the gameplay the fastest.

    F1 Race on the Gameboy

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1zxY6m5rP9U Has anyone played this? I picked up 5 copies for $1 each at MGC and had the chance to play it with three other people a few weeks ago. It's as intense as the commercial makes it out to be.

    Redmangus' Wii U Laptop

Awesome! :awesome: Can we get some pics from other angles too? Also, technically the screen is 1200p, as the M1730's screen resolution is 1920x1200. :)

Wait, do phones not come with radios anymore? Or was that just a 2011 thing?

    GBA Pokemon link routines

I didn't even know this subforum existed! I figured I'd post this here before I go about making an account on Pokecommunity (although I'll probably get a better response there). Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has studied the way the GBA Pokemon games communicate over link cable for trades or...

    Just Cause 2 Multiplayer

That, it is. That's the one I play on. The only issue I have with it is I am in the US, so my ping is normally 135-160ms and that makes driving difficult with boost. What's your Steam name? I've probably seen you on there before if you play often. I'm HeyitsNoonan.

    Korg Monotron-k

Awesome! Looks good! I know nothing about music stuffs, so I assume this is what you started with?: http://www.korg.com/us/products/dj/monotron/ So you just connected the pot connections to the resistor ladder?

    The Bentendo6004

This is a thread for my homebrew microcomputer project, the Bentendo6004. This is also posted on Hackaday Projects, but I like the regular forum style better for some reason. https://hackaday.io/project/808-bentendo-6004 The CPU I'm using is the Intel 8085, running at 3MHz. Current roadmap for...
