    I tried to relocate the slot and once I finished I figured out I was soldering to the wrong spot. So know I have to do it again . The one problem I have is that the wires tend to brake off and I have to redo those wires. Any tips for a beginner solderer?

    The Soldering iron I have is way too big. I am unable to soldering things because I end up screwing up the other wires I had finished. So I just bought a smaller one on Ebay. I probably screwed up the N64 mobo because there are some burn marks near the hole....

    Stopped trying to relocate because I decided to buy a better type of wire. Today, I found a local plastic supplier and then was abe to find a psone screen for $29 at local store.
