LOl thanks , now that i look at it i see it too. they are laptop hinges . They look elevated but they are sitting on 2 wood blocks covered in vinyl. And for others looking, the whole case is made of wood I just covered it in black vinyl . I have found wood to be cheap and forgiving.

Hello Fellow Modders I finally finished my wii portable inspired by what i have seen on this site and other , I kept it simple like me . the wii itself is soft modded and games are loaded on to a sdcard . If you format the card correctly you can use a larger sdcard.It is battery powered...
