Anyone want to take an N64p commission?

After a few months of work, I've decided I'm not cut out for the nodding scene, especially the portablizing section. I was asked to make a portable n64 but keep running into problems that I don't have solutions for. If you want to take over, I can ship you the project with all of its parts...

Is the N64 I'm using broken?

I'll try to wire the switch like that, but what should I do about the AC Adapter port? Like I said, the portable only gets one port of input (DC)

Is the N64 I'm using broken?

The batteries I'm using were salvaged from a DVD player. Also, the AC->DC adapter is built into my charger so I just have a DC in port on the console which is connected to the batteries when it's plugged in.

Is the N64 I'm using broken?

I saw that system but I want my battery to always be connected to the power supply, even if it's off. That system makes it so the batteries will only charge if the switch is "on".

Is the N64 I'm using broken?

Here is what I do know works perfectly: The step-down regulator I'm using works fine. The screen I'm using works fine. The speakers I'm using work fine. The controller, Jumper Pak, and game cart all work fine, I've tested them on a working N64. The built-in power switch has been manually...

Turn on screen when given power

Amazingly enough, holding down the button when it's plugged in worked :awesome: It took a few seconds to actually turn on, but it does indeed turn on automatically. Thanks for the suggestions guys ;)

Turn on screen when given power

Would that work for a push-button though? I know it would for a toggle switch.

Turn on screen when given power

I'm using this screen and have a question When you plug it in,it starts in a standby mode where you then have to push the power button to turn it on. Is there any way to force it to start on so you don't have to push the button? or to have the button automatically give a signal once it's turned on?

    PTH8080WAZ 12v ->3.3v?

Just a quick and simple question because I can't find a straight answer anywhere else: If I use a PTH8080WAZ with the input voltage at 12v, what grade capacitor and resistor do I need to get a 3.3v output? Thanks :)

Is this correct for relocating the power switch?

Alright, thanks :) I thought it was correct but I didn't want to just assume and then fry the whole board... :awesome:

Is this correct for relocating the power switch?

So I'm wanting to use ShockSlayer's power switch at viewtopic.php?f=7&t=9167 so figured I would have to set the normal power switch's location to be constantly "on". I haven't hooked the board up to power yet because I was unsure if this was correct: (Bottom right of the board) (As always...

Would this work for 2 way AV ports?

Blech. I'll probably just use a physical switch then...

15x Gamecube Lot (ignore, delete if possible)

Re: 15x Gamecube Lot with Power Supplies (Ebay Thinking about it, that's entirely true.

Would this work for 2 way AV ports?

I wanted to do a special design with my AV ports and wanted to know if this would work or if it would just fry the screen and console: EDIT:Here's a better design: I want the video and audio ports to give output when the console is on, but they can be used as an input for the screen/speakers...

15x Gamecube Lot (ignore, delete if possible)

I know someone would want to find this. It's a bit pricy but at $13-$15 per cube I think it's pretty good: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-Of-x15-Game ... 2ed89bda7e Ignore this. Just see the post below.
