Will this charging circuit work with these batteries

You want to put 3 in series for 11.1v? If you want to do that, it wouldn't work, because that is for one battery. But if you're putting them in parallel it should work.

Would there be any possible way for a different charger circuit to work with 3 in a series. I'm trying to make the voltage close to 11.1v for a portable gamecube.

Yes. The smart charger is a standard DC plug. You should be able to use a DC jack from any old electronics - the positive goes to P+ and the negative goes to P- on the charging circuit.

Alright! Thanks so much! Only other question I have is, how do you connect the batteries to the gamecube. Is it connected from the protection circuit?
 
It's tbe same P+ and P- pads. They are for charging as well as outputting voltage, which means you can't do both as the same time.
