smart charger question

Well it depends on what charge port you included with your PCB. If you have the port that fits this particular charger then yes you should have no problem.

Is it safe to charge two batteries with one smart charger if they're connected in parallel? Unsure if that messes with the smarts of the charger or not, haven't dealt with li-ion cells much before.
