Pls help with 3.5 lcd mobo trimming

Hi! I'm a newbie. Anyone know or has a guide to trim a 3.5 lcd mobo?

It looks like you got the corners already, so I guess you just have to look for spots on the PCB that don't have traces on either side, and cut them out.

Haven't done anything yet. Got it that way.

No problem, and here's a picture where the blue lines should be safe spots to cut, even though trimming wouldn't get you very much extra space. If you cut it though double check the other side of the board to make sure no traces would get severed:

I'm thinking to relocate the switches. Is it possible to remove the tact switches and cut along the red line?

I would think so, it looks like you'd have to wire one side of the tact to ground and the other side to the hole that the tact was desoldered from.
