Hey guys! I'm building my first gamecube portable and it has a megadrive v3 with a wasprivate fusion and I am unsure how to get swiss to load it giveseems me the message to insert a game disc when I go to gameplay it has very quick flashes of reading disc and the blue light flickers on my wasphone but doesn't even stay long enough to read I am stuck! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's probably a bad connection. Check your wires. It could be a power or data wire. If you have a multimeter, you can check for continuity.
If you have a wii, you could also check (without using swiss) just to make sure that it isn't the chip itself.
I thought I had fried my wasp for months, until today when I thought I'd try it again for the heck of it and it booted right up. I couldn't get it to work on my gc and when I tested it on a wii it still didn't work. No idea what I was doing wrong, but the point is to not give up on it because it is probably something small
