Little wiring help?

:gonk: :cry4:
Just removing the tact switch should work. I mean by pressing it you enable the joystick, so removing it un-pressed would leave it on D-pad.

Why not just replace the analog sticks with smaller ones, and keep them on so you can play ape escape? I loved that game.

BUT THERE ARE NO TACT SWITCHES THAT IS NOT HOW A COMMERCIALLY MADE CONTROLLER WORKS FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

:gonk:

Ok so I got a non-analog controller, and some squishy tacts!

Where can I fit a switch?
Or can I use ziner diodes to do this somehow, no switch needed? ::3:

Put a switch between the memcard slots.

Also, you could put a full size analog stick where the dpad is, a gamecube/ gameboy dpad down lower, and a psp analog oppisite the dpad for analog right. The screen folding down would be an issue, unless you don't fold it. ;)
