You are going to have to give us a little more details if you want us to help.

If by "bigger in depth" you mean you want to make the case thicker, you should probably looking into vacuum forming plastics. With that, you can create a piece of plastic that is shaped to fit in between the front and back case of the Game Gear. It's called a filler.

You could also just hot glue some cardboard to the back. None of us will judge you for it (too much)
