doesn't the board just draw what it needs? I mean you give it a source that can deliver up to 240V, but the DreamCast should only draw the current that it requires no?

Current and voltage are two completely different things. Too much voltage will kill any electronic.

    This place supposedly has some.

This eBay seller used to have them, he may still have some or know where to get you one, might be worth a try also.

As far as repairing that one goes, it's hard to tell what all took a dump hitting it with 220v, but it was for sure more than the fuse, and unless you spend a good bit of time checking pretty much every single part on the thing before powering it back up to make sure you get all the bad and iffy ones replaced, you could spend forever working on it and frying every new part you put in it. By the time you had it working again the cost would be up there of just getting a new one or even another DC to rob the PSU from.

I managed to pick one up on eBay a while back but the dream casts video chip is blown . been using the parts to repair another dream cast and other things so nothing has gone to waste :)
