I am going to stripping down my (PAL) Super Nintendo to rehouse it in a custom case. I will be removing the Eject button and mechanism and was thinking about removing the Reset button along with it.
Does anyone know of any reason to keep the reset button on the console?

Can't think of any games that use it, or require it for gimmicky reasons.

SNES doesn't have the saving issue NES has right? I sold my SNES like 10 years ago but I never remember having to reset before powering off to make sure it saved okay.
