Thrustmaster xl screenmate problem

Hi,

I am on a new "old" project : build a N64 portable.
I use a copy of official PSOne screen (Thrustmaster xl screenmate).

I have cabled video (composite) and audio (left and right) normally i think but i have no video, audio on screen... Also, i tested to wire +5V signal but nothing change...
Same when i use a headphone, i have no audio...

On the other side, backlight and led on screen works !!

I don't know what is the problem and i didn't find any information on this screen.
Is wiring is good ?
Is there a fuse on the board ? If yes, where i can found it ?

Here is some pics of the screen and all cables :

Thanks in advance

PS : sorry for my bad english but i'm french guy ;)

What does it do when you use the power supply the screen came with? While it may run off of 5v, you could need a higher wattage than you're feeding it, or a higher voltage for a regulator to work with.

Hello,

That is a good question.
I don't know because i don't have the power supply with the screen.

In my case, i test it with a 7.4v battery or a 8.4v power supply.
The +5V is just for the signal and just for test, normally it isn't necessary.

Have you checked that the composite video input actually goes anywhere? Seeing as this is a device for a specific purpose, it might only accept RGB, in which case it could be waiting for a signal on the video lines to enable the audio amplifier. Do you have a PSone anywhere to test it with?

No, i haven't test the screen with psone, i have no one.

And i searched if composite video go anywhere but i have no signal of it between two boards...
Maybe you are right and screen doesn't accept composite video :(

It seems that european n64 (NUS-001 (EUR)) accepts s-video signal.
So i have made a new test, replace composite by s-video but same result, no video and no audio :(
